This Tour is at the start of the South African Autumn when Cape Town fierce winds die down, colourful clouds are likely and there is potential for the sea mist to roll in for dramatic imagery

What You Can Expect Weather Wise: April is Autumn in South Africa which means different things for different parts of the country. For Cape Town its when the fierce summer winds die back, clouds for dramatic light start returning and there is potential for the sea mist to roll in for exceptional imagery. In the eastern parts of the country it is the same calmer mild weather but as its end of rain season here all the landscapes are at their most colourful.
Level of Fitness: Easy to Moderate | Most locations are easy walking and we always try have an alternative option if you can’t walk to them the secret cave route is a hour walk up on trail with loose rocks, an alternative seascape sunset will be available.

Group Size: Min 3 – max 6 participants (non-photographer travel partners are welcome). We keep our groups small for personalized attention and not to overcrowd locations.

DAY 1: Collection from hotel or airport | Cape Town City & Beaches | Classic Table Mountain Postcard sunset shoot
DAY 2: Sunrise secret city location, Cape Winelands, sensational off tourist route seascape sunset location
DAY 3: Secret colourful lake for sunrise, Kirstenbosch Gardens, special cave sunset
DAY 4: Full Day Cape Point, Muizenberg Colourful Bathing Huts | Cape Point | Sunset Chapmans Peak Drive
DAY 5: Travel Day 2hr flight to Durban, 4 hr drive to Drakensberg Royal Natal National Park for sunset
DAY 6: Full Day Sunrise, Sunset, Night Sky Royal Natal NP.
DAY 7: Sunrise shoot, followed by 2 hr drive to Witsiehoek & Sentinal car park for sunset
DAY 8: 3 hour drive to Durban international airport for flights or overnight accommodation can be arranged.

3 nights Safari if enough of the group wish to do this we can book as a group lead by James or else we can arrange a private Safari for you
